Sponsorships

The Kingston HyperX team receives many requests for event and team sponsorships around the globe. Although we would like to support each request, this is not feasible. When possible, Kingston can help event organizers and team managers by contributing promotional materials such as posters, stickers and clothing for giveaways and prizes. Kingston will also consider sending products for giveaways.

Prior to applying for consideration, please be aware of the following:

Event Sponsorship Requests:
  • Requests must be placed at least 6 weeks in advance.
  • Pictures of the event will be requested 1 week after the event.
  • If your application is successful, as the organizer of the event you commit to promote Kingston and its products via banner ads on the event website. Kingston banners and creative assets will be provided once the sponsorship is approved.
  • All applications are considered on a case-by-case basis and depending on the number of people attending and location, Kingston may choose to send product for prizes, if appropriate.
  • Due to the sheer number of applications received, Kingston may not be able to sponsor even events which meet our predetermined criteria.
  • If you do not receive a reply within 30 days of your application, please assume that your sponsorship application has been unsuccessful at this time. You are welcome to try again for the next event.

Team Sponsorship Requests:
  • All team members must be 18 years of age or older
  • Team must be actively playing in online or organized events
  • Team may not be sponsored by another memory manufacturer
  • If you do not receive a reply within 30 days of your application, please assume that your sponsorship application has been unsuccessful at this time.
