Christmas Party with Kingston to Spread Holiday Joy
"CRADLE's Christmas Charity Party" creates a beautiful memory in the season of love and sharing
Manila, Philippines – (December 13, 2006) - Kingston Technology Company Inc., the independent world leader in memory
products, today announces "CRADLE's Christmas Charity Party" event, which will be held at Eastwood Cinema and CRADLE center on December 19th, 2006,
from 10am-2pm. Around 50 kids from the Center for Restorative Activities, Development and Learning Experiences (CRADLE) will be invited to see the
movie, Happy Feet, and join the party after the movie.
The CRADLE is a child-caring institution, which helps the young offenders to reintegrate with their family and provides cares, treatment and
rehabilitation services for them. Most of the minor offenders are used to living in the streets for their survival. Many of them have broken
families and have been neglected and abandoned by their parents and relatives. To deliver the message of love and sharing, Kingston plans to
give a beautiful memory for the needy children during the Christmas season. Not only the movie watching but also the after party will make them
forget their problems and intricate situation. To spread the holiday joy for the kids, free lunch and goodie bags will be provided at the event.
In addition, Kingston will donate a computer, which helps to improve their learning skill, to CRADLE.
"The youth is the hope of our future and they deserve to be given a chance to learn from their mistakes and change for the better. They only need
right opportunities and support from their families and communities for them to be responsible members of our society" said Scott Chen, Vice
President, APAC Business Development, Kingston. "Kingston is always committed to diving deep into local communities and helping those who are
in need. With the goodwill, we expect that the young people can come and enjoy a wonderful day with Kingston. We will continue to strive for
the goal of corporate social responsibility in Philippines," Added Chen.
