Kingston Extends Service Contract with Convergent Systems

Convergent Warrants All Genuine Kingston Products Best Customer Service in Singapore

Singapore – (June 22, 2007) – Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the independent world leader in memory products, has exercised the option in its current contract with Convergent Systems - Service/RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Centre by extending the contract that will ensure that all genuine Kingston products are covered by the high-quality customer service in Singapore. Convergent Systems will facilitate RMA for all genuine Kingston products.

Again, every customer is valued at Kingston. This limited warranty applies to the all original customers of the product as long as the products are purchased at the legitimate resellers or through proper sales channels. The opening hours of Convergent Service/RMA Centre are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. The Centre is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
