Kingston Extended New Authorised Warranty Exchange Centre
Enhancing The Premium Service in Singapore with Two Service Centres
Singapore – (April 21, 2008) Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the independent world leader in memory products, has added the new Authorised Warranty Exchange Centre, Service Hub, which is located in Funan DigitaLife Mall and facilitate RMA for all genuine Kingston products in Singapore.
"Delivering the outstanding customer service is always our ultimate goal," said Scott Chen, Vice President, APAC Region, Kingston. "We are now taking one further step to ensure that all genuine Kingston products are covered by the premium service." continued Chen.
While operating the new Service Hub, Kingston's another service centre, the Convergent Service/RMA Centre, has been providing the excellent service for the end-users since 2005. Now the two service centres are extending and enhancing the high quality customer service in Singapore.
The opening hours of the Service Hub are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. The Centre is closed on eve and Public Holidays.
