Issue: KHX-0140010-5 |
I have set my FSB (Front Side Bus) and/or HyperX memory to the correct settings to achieve the rated speed, but now my system will not boot properly.

This may be due to higher than recommended speeds related to your PCI or AGP bus. You should check your motherboard or system manual for the proper settings. This could also be limited by other components in your system (CPU, motherboard, Chipset, BIOS, power supply, or cooling).
If your system will not boot at all, some motherboards have a jumper to clear the CMOS back to the default settings. It that fails, you may need to remove the CMOS battery for a few moments. This will force the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) on your motherboard to reset the default values. Check your manual for the proper procedure for resetting your CMOS.
