RMA Process
Make sure your part is under warranty. Then contact Kingston Technical Support by email (techsupport_india@kingston.com) for advice on resolving the problem.
Often the problem ends up being a BIOS setting, or another component in the system, rather than a defective memory part. To make your job easier, Kingston has
put up a number of previously solved issues on its website (www.kingston.com/support/faqs).
You could visit the site and try to find a solution for the problem yourself.
If your problem still persists, you could do any of the following:
Seek support by calling the Toll Call Service Hotline 1 860 425 4515 Or Service Hotline 044 4201 5215
The part you return will be tested upon receipt at authorized Kingston Support Centres in India. A support executive will:
Check if the product is eligible for warranty
Check whether the product is claimed for warranty with necessary papers/warranty restrictions
Perform a memory test to identify and certify the problem
If there is nothing wrong with the Kingston memory product, it will be returned back to you immediately
If the part fails Kingstons test, it will be replaced by a functionally equivalent (or better) part that passes the test. If the replacement part is not
immediately available, you may collect the replacement within 24-72 hours. The service centre will follow up on your behalf.
