Kingston Technology Unveils the World's First 256GB USB Flash Drive
Users can now carry 51,000 images, 54 DVDs or 365 CDs on one mobile device

Dubai, UAE, July 20, 2009 -- Kingston Technology Europe Ltd, a subsidiary of Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the independent world leader in memory products, has launched the world’s first 256GB USB flash drive, the Kingston Technology DataTraveler® 300. It is the highest capacity available for a USB in the market. With this launch, Kingston Technology has positioned itself to be a leader in this high-capacity USB arena.

The Kingston DataTraveler 300 will enable users to carry around a whole digital world, ranging from an outstanding 51,000 images, or 54 DVD’s, or 365 CD’s, or a whole database of documents equal to a 1km paper tower.

The Kingston DataTraveler 300 is perfect for netbook and notebook users who want to extend the limited capacity of their machines.
