When you need a personalised, pocket-sized storage solution, Kingston Technology’s Flash range is the perfect match. Reliable and portable, Kingston Technology’s DataTraveler® USB Flash drives, SD, SDHC and Compact Flash cards are the best way to equip your sales force, marketing team, field engineers or other staff with the ability to securely carry and transfer important digital files.

It is possible to pre-load content onto any of our storage products and have them delivered with your data on them. Depending on the complexity of the content to be uploaded, there are two procedures requiring different minimum order quantities:

Pre-load of simple content

Product catalogues, brochures, promotions or presentations can be loaded to distribute information easily and reinforce your company, product or promotional message.

• Subject to minimum order quantity of 1,000 units.
• Limited to basic files like:
  • Office files (Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations etc...)
  • Images (Jpeg, Gif, Tiff etc...)
  • Music (MP3, WAV, WMA etc...)
  • Video (AVI, WMV, MKV etc...)
  • Similar, non-executable files (for an upload of applications – look below)

Pre-load of complex content

Auto loading or executable files such as applications (for mobile phones or computers), presentations embedded in dedicated software or any other complex software can be uploaded in order to create a unique offer or share information in an unusual way.

• Subject to minimum order quantity of 10000 units.
• Possibility to place content on an undeletable, dedicated partition is also available.
• All complex content will require consultation from our technical departments
• For all software loads Kingston will want to make sure that the customer provides resources for their own technical support. Ideally telephone number and email address are required as a minimum. Kingston will only support our hardware.
• Compliance testing and all Technical Support must be provided by the third party software company.

The complete solution

When you require a personalised product with real impact, Kingston is able to provide a fully customised solution. Not only can you print your logo on a drive or card and/or loading your own content, you can also customise the product packaging. Within certain guidelines, this will allow you to provide memorable, high impact products to your customers.

• Subject to minimum order quantity of 10,000 units.
• Kingston to provide final artwork and supply finished product
• Requires direct contact with Kingston and is subject to terms and conditions
• Available for any Kingston product.
• Perfect combination for products pre-loaded with an application or end user offer
• All images / logos provided to Kingston have to be in a high resolution format (CMYK files, 300 dpi minimum in PSD, TIFF, AI or EPS file type)

Below is the summary of the Personalisation Program Terms and Conditions. Please note full Terms and Conditions apply. These are available on request.

• Pricing: Request from your preferred reseller or distributor
• Ordering: No cancellations once ordered
• Returns: Defective product only -- replaced with standard product
• File type for the logo artwork required: Adobe Illustrator Vector Based .eps/or .ai format only
• Logo usage: Written customer approval required
