IBM Service Agreement
Business customers who have a current IBM Maintenance Agreement, Extended IBM Warranty or IBM Warranty
are entitled to an IBM On-Site Service for selected Kingston Technology products installed in or attached
to IBM PCs, PC Workstations, PC and Netfinity® Servers, X-Series and Thinkpads®.

Service Entitlement and Coverage
Customers with an IBM Maintenance Agreement/IBM warranty or extended warranty as an additional service will
be entitled to receive IBM services for any Kingston Technology system specific memory product related issue.
Please note this does not mean that the IBM hardware product warranty covers the Kingston Technology memory product.
If you are a business user, IBM provide maintenance services to Kingston Technology customers for all IBM platforms.
IBM also provide maintenance services to Kingston customers for non-IBM platforms. The following OEM platforms are
supported (excluding any Unix-based systems):
- HP/Compaq
- Dell
- Toshiba
- Acer
- Fujitsu Siemens
This service is available in the following European countries:
- United Kingdom
- Ireland
- Germany
- France
- Netherlands
- Norway
- Belgium
- Switzerland
- Denmark
- Finland
- Sweden
- Italy
- Spain
Service overview and call flow
In the event of a service call
IBM customers with an IBM Maintenance Agreement, IBM warranty or extended warranty please call IBM direct through normal channels.
Please note that the RMA process will be between the customer and Kingston Technology and not the IBM service engineer. The
customer will be responsible for the return of the product.
All customers without an IBM Maintenance Agreement, IBM warranty or extended warranty please call Kingston Technology Europe Ltd.

* ValueRAM memory, HyperX memory and flash memory products are not covered by this service agreement.
This agreement is not available to consumers.
