Kingston Technology Europe Limited knows the importance of protecting your privacy. Please read the following
privacy statement to understand how we use and protect your personal information based on your visit to
www.kingston.com. We can be reached via e-mail
at webmaster@kingston.com.
By using or placing an order on this site, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information
under the terms of this privacy statement.
Please be aware that other websites that may be accessed through our site, e.g. via a hyperlink, may collect
personally identifiable information about you. This Privacy Statement does not cover the information practices
of those third-party web sites.
What information we collect
For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes and logs your domain name or IP address
for purposes of system administration and to report aggregated information. "Cookies" are small pieces of information
stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive.
Additionally, we collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on
what pages you access or visit, log user-specific information on what pages you access or visit and information
volunteered by you, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
Further, we use pixels, or transparent GIF files, to help manage online advertising. These GIF files are provided by our
ad management partner, DoubleClick. These files enable DoubleClick to recognize a unique cookie on your web browser, which
in turn enables us to learn which advertisements bring users to our website. The cookie was placed by us, or by another
advertiser who works with DoubleClick.
With both cookies and Spotlight technology, the information that we collect and share is anonymous and not personally
identifiable. It does not contain your name, address, telephone number, or email address.

How we use information
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of
our page for you, used to notify you about updates to our web site and used by us to contact you for marketing purposes.

The information you provide to us will be held on our computers and may be accessed by or given to our staff working outside
the UK including staff employed by other companies within the Kingston Technology Company Inc group. Some of these companies
are located in the US and others are located outside the European Economic Area.

If our business enters into a joint venture with or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be

The information we collect is not shared with other organisations for commercial purposes other than those listed in this

Updates and unsubscribing
Email
We do not share ANY user information with any third party unless the visitor is taking part in a promotion we are undertaking with a
third party. In those cases, which are very rare, we expressly ask for permission. When we do send out email, the only people that receive
them are:
- People that have signed up to receive our newsletter at some point.
- People that have signed up with other companies (CNET, PC Magazine) to receive special offers.
- Resellers that have requested to receive emails from us.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or

and address. We will be sure your name is removed.
Telephone number
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have
placed on-line. They also may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. If
you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please let us know by sending email to us
at eu_unsubscribe@kingston-technology.com. Please provide us with your correct
phone number. We will be sure your name is removed.
Security and data retention
We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss,
destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
Accessing and updating
You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept
up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us. We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with
details of the information we hold about you.
