[12 February 2004] - Kingston Technology, a worldwide leader in manufacturing, assembly, packaging,
test and logistics for memory products, today announced its sales for 2003 reached $1.8 billion - soaring
more than ten percent year over year.
Over the past year, Kingston Technology placed greater emphasis on its ValueRAM, Digital Media, and OEM

expanding facilities in Shanghai, China. The new manufacturing facility will be more than 200,000 square
feet and is expected to be ready in early 2005.
"By empowering employees to attain their goals and in developing close partnerships with key memory suppliers,

"With the growing need for more powerful personal computers and high-speed digital media, world demand for
memory has skyrocketed. Kingston Technology, a leading supplier, plays a vital role in the technology circles
of the PC industry, serving as partners to the DRAM component manufacturers, distributors and resellers, PC
OEMs and system integrators," said David Sun, co-founder, Kingston Technology.
