Kingston Technology Ranks 18th In Best Places To Work In The UK
[28 April 2004] Kingston Technology has today been ranked in 18th place in the 50 Best
Workplaces in the UK 2004, by the Great Place to Work® Europe Consortium in conjunction with
the Financial Times.
The Great Place to Work® Europe Consortium commented, "Kingston Technology has again demonstrated a clear
commitment to the training and support of its employees. This has resulted in excellent ratings from its
employees, which sees the company again listed for the second year in succession in the 50 Best Places to
Work in the UK."

The surveys were based on The Great Place to Work model, which was composed of a Trust Index
questionnaire and a Culture Audit. The Trust Index contained 53 questions principally focusing
on the employees' pride in work and trust of management. The confidentiality of the questionnaires
was guaranteed with the employees mailing their responses directly to the Institute of Social and
Ethical AccountAbility, the UK research partner.
