Kingston Announce Partnership with Global Technology Solutions Provider Avnet
[02 February 2006] The world's leading independent memory manufacturer, Kingston Technology, today announced
a global partnership with industry giant, Avnet Computing Components Europe, to market and distribute Kingston's memory products
across the UK and EMEA.
Avnet Computing Components Europe, is a division of Avnet Inc. - one of the world's largest B2B distributors of enterprise and
embedded technology products. The agreement will see Avnet market and distribute Kingston Technology's ValueRAM and Flash memory
products to leading edge PC manufacturers through its extensive network of over 100,000 customers and 300 suppliers worldwide.
Kingston Technology will focus on increasing sales of its ValueRAM and Flash Memory products, which Avnet will market through dedicated
sales divisions, concentrating on specific customer segments including Value-added Resellers (VARs), Sub-Distributors, System Builders
and PC Assemblers.
