Kingston Technology Launches Fully Compatible Secure USB Drive for Apple Mac Systems

The DataTraveler Vault Privacy Edition features 256-bit AES hardware- based encryption; the best commercially available encryption algorithm developed to date and is more secure than software based encryption. The drive automatically locks after 10 unsuccessful login attempts and then reformats itself; removing any data on the drive. Additionally, users can benefit from the ease of use, as no software or admin rights are required and quick data transfer rates, which allow users to quickly encrypt their data. For added protection the USB drive comes in a protective aluminum casing and is waterproof (up to 4 feet).
