Under general supervision, this role will analyze system user requests, recommend system modification, and provide system user support. Be responsible with planning, developing, testing, and documenting new and modified computer programs. Perform other related work as required.

Essential Functions:

  • Meets with users to understand needs, evaluates possible solutions, analyzes impact of changes and modifications to Kingston’s application system.
  • Tests program changes for impact in development environment.
  • Maintains system software through upgrades and enhancements.
  • Analyzes business process and recommends solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Tracks project status and updates related documentations.
  • Provides ongoing support to internal business users and external customers.

Guidelines (Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills):

  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Provide logical approach to problem solving
  • Plan and adhere to deadlines
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and VISIO

Special Requirements/Certification:

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, SAP, JDE preferred
  • Experience in computer industry preferred


  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent training and work experience
  • 1–3 year experience in related work field
