The Pursuit of Adventure

Play

Team No Reservations — a three-man team from the West Coast of the U.S. — is on an octane-fueled adventure of a lifetime! Comprised of professional photographers and adventurers Daniel Giltner, Chey Tufts, and Peter Pham — Team No Reservations is crusading across continents for two amazing charities. Cool Earth is a non-profit organization that works alongside rainforest communities to halt deforestation and climate change while CORE (Children of Restaurant Employees) is a non-profit organization that grants support to children and families of food & beverage service employees navigating life-altering circumstances.

Peter Pham

Peter Pham

Often found off-road in an overland truck, Pete is no stranger to adventure. He’s a Southern California based photographer by trade and has spent time traveling the world while on photo journalist assignments.

Daniel Giltner

Daniel Giltner

There are very few trails in the Pacific Northwest that Dan hasn't explored. If he's not there you might find him biking across Vietnam, trekking across Spain, or working as an electrician in Portland, Oregon.

Chey Tufts

Chey Tufts

When he and Dan aren’t riding motorcycles, running with bulls, or snowboarding all over the world, Chey is busy running The Journey Media. You can often find him behind the camera in and around his home town of Portland, Oregon.

About the Mongol Rally

Kicking off in Prague, Czech Republic, the annual Mongol Rally is the greatest motoring adventure on the planet! Over three hundred cars travel a third of the way across the world through two continents, twenty countries, and seven different time zones. There’s no back-up, no set route, and no guarantees that they will make it to the finish line. They will thunder through ten thousand miles of chaos across mountains, deserts, and bare grasslands in a tiny 1000cc car while meeting hundreds of people and communities along the way. Traveling on roads that go from bad to non-existent, Team No Reservations (a nod to the late Anthony Bourdain) will embark for the first time on its trip from Prague to Ulan-Ude, Russia, in a shabby 1.1-liter engine Fiat Panda.

Kingston Is Everywhere

Kingston's support for Team No Reservations includes financial help to purchase the vehicle and sponsoring them with Kingston products such as — Canvas memory cards, High Endurance MicroSD cards, UV500 SSDs, DT Bolt Duo, and high-speed card readers. Since all of Kingston's products are engineered and rigorously tested for use in harsh and extreme conditions, they are the perfect tools for Team No Reservations to capture and provide photo and video updates throughout their long journey.
