AMD EPYC 7002 processor models support up to DDR4-3200. AMD EPYC 7001 processor models featuring 180W and 170W TDP are required to support DDR4-2666. Mid (155W) and low end (120W) model EPYC processors only support up to DDR4-2400. Motherboard revision, number of ranks and DIMMs per Channel will also affect memory speeds.
Kingston memory will clock down to run at optimal speed depending on processor model and number/type of modules installed.
