Important Configuration Notes

  • Cascade Lake-X processors are required to use memory modules built with 16Gbit density DRAM. BIOS/firmware updates and/or specific board revisions may also be required. Skylake-X processors can only use 8Gbit density DRAM and can NOT use KCP429ND8/32 or KCP429NS8/16.
  • MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN FOURS for Quad Channel mode.
  • Faster memory will clock down to run at optimal speed depending on processor model and number of modules installed.

Compatible Upgrades For Your System

Kingston FURY Renegade with Heatsink (SFYRSK/xxxG, SFYRDK/xxxG) will fit in most systems that can accommodate its size (~80mm x 23.67mm x 10.5mm). This includes a variety of motherboards, desktops, gaming PCs and the PlayStation 5. If you are uncertain whether it will fit, please review your system manufacturer’s support manual, or contact Kingston Technical Support.
Note: Some small-form-factor systems like Intel® NUC cannot physically accommodate the height of the heatsink. In these circumstances, we suggest FURY Renegade without heatsink (SFYRS/xxxG, SFYRD/xxxG).
