Job Details - Digital Marketing Manager for Kingston LATAM -

  • Develop and oversee the Kingston strategy throughout the year.
  • Manage Social Media Agency for content creation, campaigns and reporting.
  • Suggest content according to business goals and industry trends.
  • Be aware of social media trends and formats that apply for the channels.
  • Understanding of metrics to analyze reports and make inputs for improvements.
  • Approve weekly content on Sprinklr.
  • Brief creation and media plans for Social Media campaigns.
  • Oversee the production of video for Spanish Speaking countries.
  • Develop social media campaigns focusing on sales.
  • Develop strategic influencer partnerships for the brand.
  • Oversees Kingston Social Media, Media and Video budget through the year.


  • Agency briefing for media campaigns (i.e. SSD campaign) to stablish media objectives and KPIs.
  • Oversee Google campaigns (Learn More and Buy Now) for both regions, including the messaging, assets and planning per country in conjunction with the corporate team.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to support product launches.

BRANDING AND CREATIVE Manage Creative agency for all Kingston Branding, Campaigns and graphics

  • Briefing to the agency for ad concepts and follow process until asset delivery.
  • Be responsible for all requests from Marketing team, making sure that the look and feel remains on brand throughout the region.
  • Have an eye for creativity and design to pick up the best style that matches the brand essence.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field; masters preferred.
  • 6+ years’ experience in digital marketing and social media, including experience in overseeing community management and strategize the social presence for a brand.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Creative, including Digital and Offline applications.
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of project management and web design best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Speak fluently English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
  • Background experience in the technology market is a plus.
