The Industrial Engineer will determine the most effective ways to use the basic factors of production, people, machines, materials, information and energy to make and distribute a product or provide a service. Focus on increasing productivity through the management of people, methods of business organization and technology. Maximize efficiency and optimize production system by facilitating industrial engineering studies along with product requirements; design manufacturing and information systems to meet requirements utilizing mathematical methods and models.

Essential Functions:

  • Learn product to ensure customer specifications and requirements are met.
  • Research methods of US Retail/E-Tail/Supply Chain distribution practices to develop efficient procedures to handle a variety of customer requirements.
  • Design manufacturing, distribution and information systems to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost analysis.
  • Design or improve systems for the physical distribution of goods and services.
  • Develop cost efficient processes in the engineering field.
  • Monitor the general flow of operations.
  • Establish programs of work measurement to guarantee fulfillment of targets and deadlines.
  • Determine how best to utilize the workforce and resources to improve and achieve maximum productivity.
  • Communicate with cross functional teams to implement plans and incorporate recommendations during execution.
  • Establish work instructions and process flow to provide general guidelines to Production team.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
  • Between two and five years of direct experience in Industrial Engineering.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, along with the ability to follow through with all assignments.
  • Ability to cooperate with others in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of continuous improvement and processes.
