Job Details - Product Compliance Administrator - Fountain Valley, CA
Department: Compliance

Primary functions:

  • Monitor and maintain ISO's document control processes in DCS (Manual, policies, procedures, work instructions, guidelines and forms)
  • Review existing procedures and work instructions with various departments to reflect current processes
  • Manage customer requests and respond to customer requests worldwide
  • Review and respond to product compliance test reports, relevant inquiries / issues, and collaborate with fellow product compliance team members as well as 3rd party lab(s)
  • Create and issue product compliance certificates (i.e. RoHS, UL, EMC, and etc)
  • Monitor and maintain the product compliance database
  • Assist in maintaining various management systems
  • Collaborate to conduct process improvement investigation and analysis when needed
  • Participate in ERT activities
  • Assist other projects within the department as needed
  • Conduct internal audits within the organization, according to existing management system standards, procedures and work instructions
  • Compose audit reports, and work with relevant department(s) to close identified corrective action and/or implement process improvement items based on risk assessments

Education/Experiences Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree at a 4-year university.
  • Experience with any of the following a plus: Business Administration, Communication, experience with Kingston/HyperX products a plus or a general interest in technology

Qualification Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in listening, speaking, and writing in English
  • Good Analytical skills and documentation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to details, ability to organize priorities and multitask under competing deadlines
  • Maintain diplomacy and flexibility in any type of situation
  • Basic understanding of Quality and EHS management systems preferred
