Notas de configuración importantes

  • MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN IDENTICAL GROUPS OF TWELVE FOR MAXIMUM MEMORY PERFORMANCE.
  • Some memory configurations may NOT be supported, please refer to manual for supported memory configuration and speeds. The 96GB module can only be configured in groups of 12 per CPU.
  • Mixing module types and densities (x4, x8, 16Gbit, 24Gbit, 32Gbit) is NOT allowed. All installed modules must be identical.
  • Per AMD, 4800MT/s is supported in 1DPC (1 DIMM per channel) configuration with 4th Gen EPYC processor models. In 2DPC (2 DIMMs per channel) memory will clock down to 4400MT/s with 1R (Single Rank) DIMMs installed, and 4000MT/s with 2R (Dual Rank) DIMMs installed.
  • AMD EPYC 9005 series processors support up to 6000MT/s DDR5. Faster modules at 6400MT/s will safely clock down to operate at supported speeds based on the installed configuration:
  • - 1 DIMM per channel design: up to 6000MT/s
  • - 2 DIMM per channel design, installed with 1DPC: up to 5200MT/s
  • - 2 DIMM per channel design, installed with 2DPC: up to 4400MT/s
  • Only AMD EPYC 9005 series processors can use memory modules built with 32Gb density DRAM. BIOS/firmware updates and/or specific board revisions may also be required.
  • Faster memory will clock down to run at optimal speed depending on processor model and number of modules installed. Refer to manual for supported memory configurations and speeds.
