  • MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN IDENTICAL GROUPS OF EIGHT FOR MAXIMUM MEMORY PERFORMANCE.
  • Per Intel, 6400MT/s is supported in 1DPC (1 DIMM per channel) configuration with select Intel Xeon 6 6700 processor models. Check with Intel for supported memory speeds by processor model. In 2DPC (2 DIMMs per channel), or 16 DIMMs per processor, the maximum memory speed is 5200MT/s.
  • Per Intel, mixing module types (x4 and x8) is NOT allowed within a bank group or channel.
