Job Details - HyperX Inside Sales Account Manager-Russia or Turkey - Fountain Valley, CA

Department: Eastern Europe Sales

The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, servicing and nurturing an account base in Russia or Turkey. Responsibility will also include identifying sales opportunities and closing deals for HyperX products; negotiating variables, developing business relationships and ensuring total customer and vendor satisfaction in the region. In addition to the following Essential Functions, other related duties may be required.


Essential Functions:

  • Remain current on market conditions, including customer/vendor base and their availabilities (store Inventory), pricing and competitive alternatives.
  • Negotiate with customers to close sales and maintain appropriate business margins.
  • Execute the sales order process
  • Maintain sales metrics and business requirements to include daily phone time, new prospect development.
  • Enhance customer and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor local MSRP/promotional campaigns.
  • Adhere to Kingston's accounting and credit requirements.
  • Maintain and update the information database.
  • Work collaboratively with sales team members, regional offices, sales and commodity managers, purchasing and asset recovery to ensure full customer service and maximize sell-side opportunities.
  • Resolve end of life products.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual English and Russian or Turkish.
  • Two to five years of recent successful consultative sales experience in the Gaming peripheral industry.
  • Experience with e-tail and retail customers is essential.
  • Experience in Computer Gaming peripheral industry is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Outbound telephone sales experience.
  • Must be a highly self-motivated, creative sales professional.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer-focus orientation.
  • Proficient in utilizing word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a team oriented work environment, as well as work independently.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be flexible to respond to customers and field sales partners in Russia or Turkey during their business hours.
  • Available for occasional international travel.
