Virtually any configuration up to 512MB can be reached using 256MB modules.

Kingston supports 800MHz (KTM-PL800/xxx, KTM-M800/xxx) RDRAM. These systems ship standard with 700MHz non-ECC RDRAM. Mixing between the two speeds is supported, but the system will run at the slowest speed RDRAM. Configurations of two 64MB or two 256MB 700MHz RAMBUS modules is NOT SUPPORTED.

When mixing ECC (KTM-M800/xxx) and non-ECC (KTM-PL800/xxx) modules, the system will not perform the ECC function.
