Virtually any configuration up to 64GB can be reached using Kingston's 512MB, 1, 2, and 4GB modules IN PAIRS or kits, with two processors installed.

MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN PAIRS for Dual Channel mode. Kingston offers "K2" kit part numbers for Dual Channel mode.
Mixing DDR2-533 Registered DIMMs with DDR2-667/800 Registered with Parity DIMMs is not recommended.
Mixing x4 and x8 modules is allowed, however not within the same bank.

There is a limit of eight total memory ranks installed in the first two banks of each processor using DDR2-667 and DDR2-800. If this limitation is exceeded, the memory will clock down to 533MHz.
Only systems with AMD's Opteron Socket F 45-nm CPU can use the DDR2-800 part numbers.
