AMD Ryzen 3-7320U or Ryzen 5-7520U models, the memory is soldered to the motherboard and not upgradeable. All other models have two SODIMM sockets. Please confirm which model you have before configuring.
Although it is physically possible to install more memory, the system will only recognize 16GB maximum.

Faster memory will clock down to run at optimal speed depending on processor model installed.
