Virtually any configuration up to 2GB can be reached using Kingston's 512MB and 1GB modules. Per Compaq Maintenance and Service Guide, Presario V2600 Series notebook PC with Intel Core Duo processors can expand memory to 2GB. Models with Intel Core Solo processors can expand to 1GB.

MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN PAIRS for Dual Channel mode.

This system may ship with DDR2-533 (KTH-ZD8000A/xx) or DDR2-667 (KTH-ZD8000B/xx). These are compatible, however when mixed the speed will default to 533MHz.
