Important Configuration Notes

  • Only Cascade Lake-X Processors support memory modules built with 16Gb DRAM.
  • QUAD CHANNEL memory bandwidth is only supported on Intel 7th/9th/10th Core i9 X and Core i7 X series featuring Skylake-X or Cascade Lake-X processor models. MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN FOURS for Quad Channel mode.
  • DUAL CHANNEL memory bandwidth is supported on Intel Core i7 7700X series and Core i5 7600X series featuring Kabylake-X. MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN PAIRS for Dual Channel mode.
  • Per ASUS, when using Kabylake-X based processors, Dual Channel operation is limited to sockets C1+D1, C2+D2. Refer to manual for proper installation.

Compatible Upgrades For Your System

Kingston FURY Renegade with Heatsink (SFYRSK/xxxG, SFYRDK/xxxG) will fit in most systems that can accommodate its size (~80mm x 23.67mm x 10.5mm). This includes a variety of motherboards, desktops, gaming PCs and the PlayStation 5. If you are uncertain whether it will fit, please review your system manufacturer’s support manual, or contact Kingston Technical Support.
Note: Some small-form-factor systems like Intel® NUC cannot physically accommodate the height of the heatsink. In these circumstances, we suggest FURY Renegade without heatsink (SFYRS/xxxG, SFYRD/xxxG).
