  • Update system BIOS immediately following memory upgrade. Press "F2" to enter BIOS Setup when device is powered on. On the first screen under "System Memory" user should see"Installed Size: 2048MB". Exit BIOS Setup and save changes.
  • If BIOS is not updated correctly, it may be possible that the system configuration information will not be updated and Operating System shows only 0.99GB of installed RAM.
  • System supports faster speed modules, but Intel Atom processor runs memory bus at up to 667MHz.
  • Although it is physically possible to install more memory, the Atom processor will only support up to 2GB maximum, per Intel Atom N550 specs.
